Oh those glorious spring mornings!
It's been a see-saw of a spring so far! And even though we think the snow threat is finally over, heavy frosts look likely for the next couple of weeks. Luckily, the warming sun is also making it's presence known. Everything seem slow to come this year...but perhaps we say that every May. We keep poking pots for signs of life, and celebrating every bloom that arrives. The daffodils are a treat and those dear primula and pansies refuse to be discouraged. We wake up to the birds, not the alarm.
I love the soft, fuzzy green foliage of early spring - such a relief from the starkness of late winter. The days are longer and, dare I say, getting progressively warmer. Take time to enjoy it all! Spring! ...at last
