...because it is spring, right?There may still be snowflakes in the air, and patches of very tired looking ice and snow in the gardens and on the lawns but we have faith than in the ground, where it matters most this time of year, good things are happening.
And with that as our motivator, we are open for business, though the pots are still defrosting and there isn't a lot to see at this moment. But that will be changing soon! As of the weekend of April 11th, we'l be bringing in our first spring plants. Primrose, violas, hellebours and even a few of the hardier herbs. We just can't wait to GET GOING! So here's to another great gardening season! |

April 11th at the Wiarton arena 10am - 2pm. And mark your calendars: Lion's Head Farmer's Market SPRING MARKET April 19th at Bruce Peninsula District School from 10am - 2pm MUSIC!

One of the highlights of our summer is our Music in the Garden concert series. Our summer musicians are all lined up and tuning up to perform a summer full of Sunday Concerts for your enjoyment! Bring your friends, bring your family and neighbours...and bring a chair! We've put in our order for beautiful summer weather to enjoy relaxing or dancing in our back yard. Light refreshments will be available for purchase. Concerts happen rain or shine, within reason. Here is this year's past seasons lineup:
